functions of education: 1. to be smart 2. we cannot be bullied by anyone 3. have wide knowledge 4. not easily tricked by people 5. as a way for us to have better jobs, better salary, and better life 6. to achieve higher status in society

Argh! I don't know what else to comment. How can education helps to maintain social stability, keep society running smoothly and resolve conflict? How? And in what way? It's very confusing.
